Assessed Provider
UKiC Immigration Lawyers is an Assessed Provider, a status conferred by the UK Border Agency, which is a reflection of our in depth technical knowledge of the sponsorship arrangements and an online be-spoke 'Employee Management Software - EMS'. UKiC Immigration Lawyers has demonstrated to the UK Border Agency that we have a good understanding of the points-based system and have the ability to assist the sponsors as:
- the advice we provide links with the guidance and support tools on UK Boarder Agency's website;
- we have appropriately trained staff undertaking sponsor support activity; and
- we have in place a reporting framework which provides UK Boarder Agency with evidence that all required checks have been completed for each client application.
The status of assessed provider allows UKIC to undertake an assessment on the readiness of the prospective employer to make a SPONSOR LICENCE APPLICATION. Our audit inspection and subsequent report will be an assessment of the sponsor organisation to ensure that the company is able to meet its current obligations under UK legislation and future obligations under PBS. We will then produce a report which can be submitted to UKBA in support of your sponsorship application with appropriate recommendation. As our company is on the UKBA list of Assessed Advisor, it will not routinely duplicate the checks/review that we have already carried out on behalf of companies applying for approved sponsor status. This should greatly benefit clients in terms of both immediate and ongoing UK immigration support, assessment and turnaround times.
