HARJINDER PAL SINGH & MRS. SWARAN KAUR
After
twelve years of our marriage we were not fortunate enough
to have a child. We attempted various alternative methods
of conceiving but eventually the medical experts confirmed
that we would never have a child. Hence we decided to adopt
a child from our own family. We are grateful to
UKIC who first guided us to get an Adoption Deed registered
in India and arranged to transfer the parental responsibility
to our nominated guardians. Although the adoption of a child
from the soil of India is not covered under the British Legislation,
yet UKIC presented our case so professionally to the
British High Commission in New Delhi and they had no option
but to recommend our case for adoption to Home Office in Britain.
The case is now under active consideration of the British
Government. We may be granted permission to bring our adopted
child (son) in London or not but we can never forget the excellent
work done by U.K. Immigration Consultancy (P) Limited
for giving us right guidance and saving our time, energy and
money by not falling a prey to scrupulous agents in
India.
