SANDESH AGARWAL
I
did my MBBS and joined a reputable hospital in Jaipur as a visiting
consultant for about 3 years and enjoyed good reputation. I
had to change my profession due to some domestic circumstances
and joined the family business of my parents. Being of medical
profession, I did not have much knowledge of business tactics
and its administration and financial transactions. To nurture
my business, I decided to do MBA from some institution of international
repute. For the purpose of grant of entry clearance, I tried
twice in the British High for grant of student visa but was
refused by the Screening Officer due to my poor performance
in the preliminary interview with him. I happened to meet Mr.
Vivek Chadha, an Immigration Lawyer of UK Immigration Consultancy
(P) Ltd (UKIC). who helped me to build up my confidence. He
assisted me in preparing the correct documentations & provided
counselling. The immigration counsellor accompanied me at the
British High Commission to represent my case to the Entry Clearance
Officer (ECO). On this occasion the ECO agreed to grant me the
visa subject to re-affirmation from the university authorities
about the availability a place in the MBA course. The UK office
of UKIC. obtained the required confirmation & arranged for the
same to be got faxed to British High Commission. I was consequently
granted a student visa. This was followed by another counselling
session in which the staff or UKIC provided me with all the
information which was very useful after I arrived in UK. I would
recommend UKIC for their pre & post counselling in connection
with studying in UK and for obtaining student visa from the
British High Commission.
