I came to UK clandestinely in 1995. Having got married to a Manjit Kaur I wanted to stay in UK without returning to India and having to apply in New Delhi. Mr. Chadha of UK Immigration Consultancy Ltd. assessed my case and obtained evidence of my wife's illness from a specialist & involved Social Services. He applied for an extension of stay in the UK as the husband of Manji Kaur & represented my case to the Home Office.
