MANOHAR
SINGH &
DALJIT KAUR
I came to UK on 23 August 97 as Granthi Sikh under the Permit
Free Employment category and wanted my family to visit me
in UK. As my Immigration was handled successfully by Immigration
Consultancy, I contacted Mr. Chadha, an Immigration Lawyer
of UK Immigration Consultancy for help to bring my family.
Mr. Chadha went personally to India, prepared the documentation,
counselled my family members, represented them at the interview
and obtained entry clearance for all of them. I was very
much apprehensive initially about my daughter, Harminder
Kaur who was over 18 according to her passport & the
immigration rules do not allow for non dependents to be
issued with the visa. But our Immigration Lawyer requested
the Entry Clearance Officer to use his discretion and visa
was granted to all the family. |
