NOTE FROM INDERJIT
KAUR
In
March, 1998 I was very happy to get married to my husband Rashbinder
Singh of England. Unfortunately, in order to obtain Settlement
Visa I contacted a local travel agent who misguided me and made
me to distort facts and make incorrect and incoherent statements.
Consequently, on 11th November 1998, in spite of my genuine
marriage, the British High Commission in New Delhi refused to
grant me Settlement Visa to join my husband in U.K.
My childhood
friend in similar circumstances was issued with a visa.
I inquired the reason of her success in obtaining
the Settlement Visa. She referred me to U.K. Immigration
Consultancy (P) Limited who had dealt with her case. I
immediately contacted my husband in UK who approached Mr. H.
Singh to seek assistance in our immigration matter.
4th of August,
1999 was the best day in my life when UKIC represented
me and my husband at the British High Commission which agreed
to grant me Settlement Visa. I would recommend all those
in similar circumstances to keep away from unqualified, unprofessional
and undesirable agents and instead they should approach
UKIC (P) Ltd. who have been instrumental in bringing joy to
my life by realising my wish to lead a happy married life with
my husband in England.
