GURBINDER
KUMAR
After
refusal I became very much worried and lost hope to
see my wife. I submitted a notice of appeal on 8 December
2000 through UK Immigration Consultancy against the
decision of Entry Clearance Officer to seek judicial
solace. As the judicial review would have taken long
time to decide, I requested Mr.Chadha, an immigration
lawyer of UK Immigration Consultancy to make another
appeal to British High Commission to review my case.
Mr. Chadha came to India and sought a personal audience
with Visa Manager and requested him to reconsider my case
in view of the documents resubmitted in compliance with the
refusal note. Good luck prevailed and after reconsidering
my case, the authorities concerned agreed to grant me visa
subject to medical clearance. I attribute my success to sincere
efforts made by Mr. Chadha without whose help I would not
have succeeded.
