	My marriage was arranged in India by my parents and after a brief meeting with the boy, I consented to the proposal. Since all the family members and relatives of my fiancé are in the United Kingdom, it was an ardent desire of my fiancé family that the marriage should take place in the UK only . I was misguided and informed that the marriage should take place in India to qualify for a Settlement visa. Mr. Vivek Chadha, of UK Immigration Consultancy (P) Ltd. obtained entry clearance from the British High Commission in order for me to go to UK with a view to getting married to my fiancé. He assisted me in the
preparation of the necessary documentation and provided me with detailed counselling in India. The visa was issued on the same day and my wish of getting married in UK could now be fulfilled as my fiancé is with me in the UK.
