	I was refused settlement visa to join my husband on two separate occasions. Subsequently, I appealed against the decision but UK Immigration Consultancy (P) Ltd. was able to persuade the Entry Clearance Manager to review his decision and I was granted settlement visa to join my husband in the United Kingdom without having to go through the process of an appeal.
