NOTE
FROM MOHINDER LAL
I
had lost all hope on 5th February 1998, when the British High
Commission, New Delhi refused to grant me visa to join my wife
Asha Rani. At that time, I came to know through friends about
UK Immigration Consultancy (P) Ltd who advised, guided, counselled
and led me to the right path. I was deported to India on 30-11-1997.
My wife Asha Rani came to India and lived with me for 2 ¼
months -- 30-12-1997 to 24-2-1998. During this period
she conceived. Asha has a daughter from her first marriage also.
On 10-9-1998 I was again interviewed by the British High Commission,
I was ably assisted by the Lawyers of the UKIC and made to make
submissions which I was not able to do in the past, in writing,
on account of which visa was granted to me. When I am happily
living with my family in England I have no hesitation in saying
that had I been in the clutches of private agents and not the
UK Immigration Consultancy (P) Ltd my fate would have been miserable
and I would have been rotting. From the core of my heart I pray
for the long life of such people to guide and lead simple people
like me.
