After the death of my father my mother travelled to UK in
June 2000 on visitor visa to meet one of the relatives leaving
behind me with my grandparents in India. She got married
there and was granted Indefinite Leave to remain in UK on
the basis of marriage. As she wanted me join her she consulted
Mr. Vivek Chadha, Immigration Lawyer of UK Immigration Consultancy
Ltd. in UK who handled my difficult case very sensitively
and sensibly and dealt with all aspects of my application
under the provision of Immigration law to enable me to join
my parents in the UK. In my interview on April 02 I was
not at all subjected to any questioning by the ECO as whole
case was discussed by the UK Immigration Consultancy Ltd.
representative himself with the ECO and convinced him on
certain crucial points and got me visa. In order to curtail
the waiting period of my joining with my parents they also
arranged my advance medical check up. My parents and I am
indebted to UK Immigration Consultancy who are instrumental
in getting me visa to join my parents as their dependent
child. Without their help it was very difficult to succeed. |
