We both got married in 1978 in India. I went to UK in 1990
and came to meet my family in July 2000 when I was granted
Indefinite stay in the UK. After that my two children and
my wife applied for settlement visa to join me in the UK
but they were refused visa by the Immigration Officer of
British High Commission on all the grounds and even doubting
that our marriage may not be subsisting due to long separation
between my wife and me. Even at the time of interview, I
could not assist my family due to my preoccupation. It was
with the sincere efforts of Mr. Vivek Chadha, immigration
lawyer of UK Immigration Consultancy Ltd. who handled the
case in UK and India by preparing the necessary documentation
and provided us with counselling and following up with the
British High Commission personally from the UK and during
his visits to India that my family got settlement visa to
join me in the UK. My family and I attribute our success
to the efficient and skilled guidance coupled with perfect
counselling and personal representation of UK Immigration
Consultancy’s lawyer without whose assistance our
union in the UK might have been a dream for us. |
