Boota

I got married to my husband, Boota in 1980 in India. I went
to UK in 1990 with my son and settled there permanently.
My son and I could only meet my husband in January 2000
after we were granted Indefinite stay in 1999 in the UK.
After I was granted indefinite stay in 1999, my husband
applied for settlement visa to join me in the UK. It would
have been the toughest on our part alone to convince the
Entry Clearance Officer at British High Commission the subsistence
of our marriage. But it became possible only with the sincere
efforts of Mr. Vivek Chadha, immigration lawyer of UK Immigration
Consultancy Ltd. who handled the case in UK and India by
preparing the necessary documentation and provided us with
counselling that my husband got settlement visa to join
me in the UK. My husband and I attribute our success to
the efficient and skilled guidance coupled with perfect
counselling and personal representation of UK Immigration
Consultancy’s lawyer without whose guidance and assistance
I would have never been able to live once again with my
husband in the UK. |
