I got married to my husband in February 2000 who was settled
in the UK. Immediately after my marriage I applied for entry
clearance to the British High Commission in March 2000 but
was refused. Again in August 2000 when I applied to British
High Commission, the Entry Clearance Officer refused my
visa as he doubted our intention to live together permanently
in the UK though there was ample proof of our intervening
devotion. My husband, Rajesh Kumar contacted Mr. Vivek Chadha
of UK Immigration Consultancy Ltd who handled this difficult
case very sensitively and dealt with all aspects of my application
to join my husband in UK. My husband and I will be indebted
to UKIC immigration lawyer, Mr. Vivek Chadha who represented
me without my husband’s presence at the British High
Commission. I was very apprehensive to face an interview
situation third time but Mr. Chadha presented a comprehensive
set of documentation along with skilled presentation of
my case to the Entry Clearance Officer. It was the joyous
moment of my life when he informed me that the Entry Clearance
Officer has agreed to issue Settlement Visa to me after
a brief interview.
My husband and I would highly recommend UK Immigration Consultancy
Ltd for their professional and qualified immigration advice
and legal representation.
