I had lost my husband and was very lonely due to long separation
from my son who was settled in the UK. Though I have two
more children but I have been wholly dependent on my son
in the UK. Therefore, I applied for settlement visa on 1
September 1999 to join my son but the Entry Clearance Officer
refused it and I being an old woman could not persuade him
regarding my dependency on my son. I became very depressed
after the refusal and lost hope to live with my son and
his family on whom I was wholly dependent. I am extremely
thankful to Mr. Chadha, an immigration lawyer of UK Immigration
Consultancy who handled the case in UK and India by preparing
the necessary documentation and provided me with counselling
that I got settlement visa to join my son in the UK. My
son and I attribute our success to the efficient and skilled
guidance coupled with perfect counselling and personal representation
of UK Immigration Consultancy’s lawyer without whose
guidance and assistance I would have never been able to
spend last days of my life with my son and grandchildren
in the UK. |
