EXTENSIONS
& SWITCHING IN UK
An extension of further leave & switching is allowed under
certain categories. We highly recommend NOT applying for extensions
(e.g. visitors or on the basis of marriage) unless there are
exceptional & compassionate circumstances. In
the case of mosque, a Hindu or Sikh temple that wish to employ
a priest who is visiting the UK is occasionally allowed for
by the Home office as an exception to the no switching rule.
